The MAERCKS Trifecta™

Three Vectors. One Face.

For patients who require more comprehensive facial and neck restoration, The MAERCKS Trifecta™ combines three complementary surgical approaches to address the cheek, lateral neck and central neck as one connected aesthetic system.

Rather than simply tightening the skin backwards, The Trifecta™ is designed to restore underlying support and redefine the relationship between the face, jawline and neck.

The result is a longer, cleaner and more naturally defined jawline, with improved facial architecture and a refined cervicomental relationship.

The Three Vectors

Composite Deep-Plane MAERCKS Lift™

The foundation of The Trifecta™.

The Composite Deep-Plane MAERCKS Lift™

restores cheek and midface architecture through ligamentous suspension, addressing the deeper structural changes that occur with facial ageing.

By repositioning the deeper tissues rather than relying on skin tension alone, the procedure can restore support through the cheek and midface while contributing to a more defined lower face.

Cheek support ↑

Lateral Platysmaplasty

The second component focuses on the lateral neck and platysmal support.

Lateral Platysmaplasty addresses the platysma muscle and the lateral structures of the neck, helping create greater definition through the jawline and transition between the lower face and neck.

This component is particularly important when ageing has resulted in loss of lateral neck support or a less defined mandibular contour.

Submental Lift

The third vector addresses the central neck anatomy beneath the chin.

The Submental Lift works to restore the relationship between the underside of the chin, the central neck and the floor-of-mouth region, helping recreate a more defined cervicomental angle.

Rather than simply pulling the skin tighter, this approach addresses the underlying anatomy contributing to the appearance of a shorter or less defined neck.

WHY THREE VECTORS?

The face and neck do not age in isolation.

Changes in the cheek, platysma, submental region and supporting structures can occur simultaneously, which means treating only one area may not fully restore the overall architecture.

The MAERCKS Trifecta™ brings these three vectors together:

Cheek support ↑
Lateral neck support ↗
Submental / floor-of-mouth restoration ↑

Together, these movements can create a more continuous transition from the cheek to the jawline and from the jawline into the neck.

A LONGER, CLEANER JAWLINE

One of the defining aesthetic effects of The Trifecta™ is the potential to create a dramatically longer and cleaner-looking jawline.

This is not achieved simply by pulling excess skin backwards.

Instead, the approach addresses multiple anatomical structures and vectors of support, allowing the face and neck to be restored as a connected system.

The objective is structural restoration rather than superficial tightening creating definition that is harmonious with the patient's underlying anatomy.

THREE VECTORS. ONE FACE.

The MAERCKS Trifecta™ is a comprehensive approach for patients seeking restoration of the cheek, jawline and neck as a single aesthetic unit.

By addressing three distinct but interconnected areas, the goal is not simply to make the face tighter — but to restore support, proportion and definition.
